ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the AHPE website, you agree to these terms and conditions. AHPE may update them at any time, and the applicable version is the one in force at the time of use.

TERMS OF SALE
These terms apply to all purchases made on the AHPE website between the seller (AHPE) and the buyer. The website and all its content are the exclusive property of AHPE.

PRODUCTS
Each item is unique and may show signs of wear or minor defects.. Descriptions and photos aim to be as accurate as possible but are not guaranteed to be perfectly exact (especially regarding colors and sizing).

PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros and correspond to those in effect at the time of the order. AHPE reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price at checkout.

ORDERS
AHPE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or previous non-compliance with these terms. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and refunded.

PAYMENT
Payments are made by credit card or PayPal via secure payment systems.

DISPUTES
This contract is governed by French law.
AHPE shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products. In any case, AHPE’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact AHPE first to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Paris.

LEGAL INFORMATION
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relationships. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated.

In accordance with applicable regulations (French Data Protection Act and GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting AHPE.

AHPE undertakes not to share customers’ personal data with third parties.
