DELIVERY

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

For deliveries to France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
It is given as an indication and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of products will not give rise to reimbursement or cancellation of the order.
After confirmation of the order in the store, AHPE undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the “buyer” within a maximum of 5 working days. This carrier undertakes by contract with AHPE to deliver the order to the “buyer’s” address provided by “the seller”.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duty, value added tax and any other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received. AHPE declines all legal responsibility if the taxes are not paid by the customer.
Delivery will be made via Mondial Relay or by post according to your choice.

Deliveries to EEC countries are made by Colissimo Europe, depending on the country of shipment. For deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by international postal services.
Goods always travel at the recipient’s risk. Always check your parcel on arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of damage. Returns will not be accepted after this time, and no refund will be made.
For shipments via Mondial Relay, we will choose the nearest relay point to the address given at the time of order.

France, Belgium and Luxembourg:
We ship with La Poste and Mondial Relay.‍

Europe and United Kingdom:
Shipments are made with La Poste.

Rest of Europe and International:
Shipments are made with Delivengo.

Returns
Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to inform AHPE of their decision to cancel. The item must be returned in the same condition as when received, in its original packaging, with the returns form. Items that have been worn (perfume odors, traces of make-up, etc.), washed, incomplete, soiled or damaged cannot be returned and will not be reimbursed.
Please note that return shipping costs are fully at the customer’s expense. If the return parcel does not arrive at its destination, no refund will be possible. It is best to choose a shipment with tracking.

AHPE will initially offer a voucher valid indefinitely for the amount of the returned order. If the customer wishes, AHPE will offer a refund. In the event of a refund, only the amount of the order will be reimbursed. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
